I want to add an extension to my existing home. What should I know before construction?

Adding an extension is more limiting than constructing a new home which is why it’s usually restricted to only 4 variations – one-storey with a pitched or flat roof and a two-storey extension with a pitched or flat roof. Moreover, depending on the type of extension you want to be added, you may need to acquire permits to build. Do I need to obtain the necessary permits myself?

When you opt for our Design and Build package with Airsat Construction, we will take care of everything – from creating the design plans to submitting them to your Local Authority and obtaining the necessary permits. In case you already hired an architect, we will still provide you with all the necessary certificates for building, along with the structural guarantee.

I already have a home but want to renovate it. Do you also do renovations?
