Tina, the driving force behind Airsat Construction, brings a unique blend of scientific expertise and visionary leadership to the business. With a PhD in scientific research and a passion for innovation, she remains committed to pushing the boundaries of possibilities in order to stand out in the industry. With sustainability at top of her agenda, Tina is poised to continue driving innovation and shaping the future of the business.
Tina who is also the Managing Director of our sister company“Airsat Real Estate”, is an active member of Property Mark ARLA and has been an appointed judge for the “Bristol Property Awards 2023” and “Bristol Life Awards 2024”.
Shahrouz Mani
Branch Manager
Shah, has been cooperating with Airsat Construction for over 2 decades whilst being involved in creating and developing catering and hospitality venues in Bristol and South West prior to joining us as Branch Manager in 2020.
His ability to coach, manage and facilitate is defined by a diverse career spanning around three decades mainly in the manufacturing and construction industry giving him a unique insight into all aspects of design, build, project management and delivering deadlines whilst adhering to the highest standards and quality.
Shah graduated from AUCT with a HND in mechanical engineering in 1998 and is known for his energy, building strong teams, and his focus on delivering for the customer.

Elise McDonald is a 30-year-old property and property management professional at Airsat Construction, bringing a wealth of experience in the sector. She is particularly passionate about redevelopment projects, consistently seeking out opportunities to revitalise spaces and create lasting value.

Throughout his career, Paulo has honed his skills in various trades, allowing him to approach projects with a comprehensive understanding of construction and design. Before joining Airsat, Leah gained valuable experience in a range of marketing roles, where she developed digital campaigns and managed social media platforms to increase engagement and brand awareness. She has a natural ability to create meaningful content and communicate effectively across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Skilled in content creation, data analysis, and brand strategy, Leah ensures that Airsat’s messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with the needs of our audience. One of the most renewed commercial projects Zabih has had a significant presence and involvement in, was the Bristol Rolls Royce where he was part of the design team.
