This General Warranty outlines the terms and conditions that apply to our construction projects, ensuring that your investment is protected.

1. Scope of the Warranty
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship provided by Airsat Construction for any project, including but not limited to:
– New construction
– Renovations and remodels
– Roofing, siding, and structural work (10 years warranty on roofing and structure work) 
– Interior and exterior finishes
– Any other construction services performed by Airsat Construction

2. Warranty Period
The warranty is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of substantial completion of the project, unless otherwise specified in the contract or by local regulations.

3. What is Covered
Under this warranty, Airsat Construction will:
– Repair or replace defective workmanship or materials that fail during normal use within the warranty period.
– Correct any issues resulting from improper installation or assembly of construction elements.
– Address any significant defects that impair the intended use or safety of the structure.

4. What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
– Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance by the client or a third party.
– Natural wear and tear, or deterioration caused by weather conditions or environmental factors beyond our control (e.g., storms, flooding, extreme heat or cold).
– Issues arising from modifications, alterations, or repairs made by the client or another contractor without Airsat Construction’s approval.
– Problems resulting from pre-existing conditions of the property not addressed during the project (e.g., foundation or structural issues).
– Minor cosmetic issues that do not affect the functionality or safety of the construction (e.g., minor cracks in drywall or paint fading).

 5. Maintenance Requirements
The client is responsible for performing regular maintenance and care of the structure to maintain the validity of this warranty. This includes but is not limited to:
– Regular cleaning and upkeep of exterior surfaces.
– Ensuring proper drainage around the building to prevent water damage.
– Promptly addressing minor repairs or adjustments as recommended by Airsat Construction.

6. Warranty Claims Process
If a defect covered by this warranty is discovered, the client must:
– Notify Airsat Construction in writing of the issue as soon as it is identified, and no later than 30 days after the defect becomes apparent.
– Provide proof of the project completion and relevant details of the issue.
– Allow Airsat Construction reasonable access to inspect the defect and perform necessary repairs or replacements.

7. Limitations of Liability
Airsat Construction’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective materials or workmanship. In no event shall Airsat Construction be responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, damage to property, or additional expenses incurred by the client.

8. Third-Party Warranties
Materials and products used in the project may be covered by additional manufacturer warranties. These warranties are separate from Airsat Construction’s General Warranty, and the client may need to contact the manufacturer directly to file claims under those warranties.

9. Transferability
This warranty is transferable to a new owner of the property within the warranty period, provided that Airsat Construction is notified in writing of the ownership change within 30 days of the transfer.

10. Modification or Termination
Airsat Construction reserves the right to modify or terminate this warranty at any time. However, such changes will not affect the coverage of any existing warranty agreements for work already completed.

11. Governing Law
This warranty is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England, and any disputes arising from this warranty will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in that region.

This guarantee covers defects or failures in the workmanship of roof installation, replacement, or repair services provided by Airsat Construction. It includes:

– Structural failure of roofing components due to incorrect installation
– Issues arising from defective materials used by Airsat Construction

2. Duration
The guarantee is valid for a period of 10 years from the date of completion of the roofing work.

3. What is Covered
The 10-year guarantee includes:
– Free repair of any defects or issues caused by faulty workmanship during the installation or repair process.
– Replacement of any materials found to be defective due to installation errors.
– Any corrective actions needed to ensure that the roof remains water-tight and structurally sound within the guarantee period.

4. What is Not Covered
This guarantee does not cover:
– Damage caused by natural disasters, extreme weather conditions (e.g., storms, hail, tornadoes), or events beyond our control.
– Wear and tear, or damage resulting from lack of proper maintenance, neglect, or unauthorized modifications to the roof after completion.
– Damage caused by foreign objects, such as falling trees or debris.
– Improper use or misuse of the roofing system by the owner.
– Issues arising from pre-existing structural conditions of the building not related to the roof work.

5. Maintenance Requirements
To maintain the validity of this guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
– Regular maintenance of the roof, including cleaning gutters, removing debris, and checking for visible damage.
– Immediate reporting of any issues or concerns related to the roof to Airsat Construction for inspection and necessary repairs.

6. Claim Process 
To file a claim under this guarantee:
– Contact Airsat Construction at admin@airsat.co.uk as soon as a potential issue is noticed.
– Provide proof of purchase and installation, along with details of the issue.
– Airsat Construction will inspect the roof to assess the validity of the claim. If the claim is valid, we will proceed with the necessary repairs or replacements at no additional cost to the customer.

7. Transferability
This guarantee is transferable to new owners of the property within the 10-year period, provided that Airsat Construction is notified in writing of the change in ownership within 30 days of the transfer of the property.

8. Limitation of Liability
Airsat Construction’s liability under this guarantee is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective materials and workmanship. We shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to damage to other parts of the building or personal property.

9. Modification or Termination
Airsat Construction reserves the right to modify or terminate this guarantee at any time, but such changes will not affect the coverage of any existing guarantee agreements for work already completed.

10.Governing Law
This guarantee shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
